摘要
边缘盘形滚刀是全断面岩石掘进机中的易损部件,本文采用解析几何建立了边缘滚刀质心与刀刃点的运动模型。针对某TBM刀盘不同位置边缘滚刀,通过绘制其轨迹图线、速度和加速度曲线,比较不同倾角边缘滚刀运动特性。结果表明:边缘滚刀质心轨迹为螺旋运动,刀刃点轨迹按周期规律波动。越靠近刀盘外围,滚刀运行距离越大,刀刃点运动变化越剧烈。随着安装倾角增大,刀刃点速度和加速度在X、Y方向周期越小,峰值越大。
The edge cutter is the vulnerable part of full face tunnel machine. This paper establishes motion model for both edge cutter centroid and point on the cutter ring via analytical mechanics. As for edge cutters of different position,the movement trajectory,velocity curves and acceleration curves are drawn to compare motion characteristics of cutter. The results show that the centroid of edge cutter moves in spiral motion while the point of cutter ring moves according to the cycle fluctuations. The outer the installation position is,the longer the displacement and the sharper of the change. As the increase of the inclination angle,the cycle time of velocity and acceleration of cutter ring is smaller while the peak value is larger.
