防城港核电厂一期送出线路抵御强台风能力评估

摘要 评估防城港核电厂一期送出及厂用电线路抵御"威马逊"级别强台风的能力。考虑2014年"威马逊"强台风对广西电网的影响,结合防城港核电厂一期送出、辅助变供电线路设计以及台风期间送出线路故障运行分析,对其抵御强台风的能力进行评估。评估结果显示:防城港核电厂500 kV送出线路均满足抗强台风要求;中路—核电厂辅助变220 kV线路抵御强台风能力稍差,在极端台风天气时,耐张塔跳线有发生风偏闪络跳闸的可能。建议在中路—核电厂辅助变220 kV线路加装跳线悬垂串,在雷害严重地区的杆塔上加装线路避雷器。评估结果对防城港核电厂一期送出线路安全运行和今后强台风区域输电线路的设计具有较强的指导意义。 The capability of resisting "Rammasun" level strong typhoon of first stage transmission line and auxiliary transformer power supply line are evaluated. The capability of resisting strong typhoon is evaluated by considering the influence of Rammasun strong typhoon to Guangxi power grid in 2014, and combining with the design of the first stage transmission line and the power supply line of auxiliary transformer and the analysis of fault operation of transmission line during typhoon. Evaluation results show that 500 kV transmission lines of Fangchenggang nuclear power plant satisfy the requirement of resisting strong typhoon. The Zhonglu-Nuclear power plant auxiliary transformer 220 kV transmission line has less capability of resisting strong typhoon, which has the trip possibility of windage yaw flashover of jump line of strain tower during extreme typhoon weather. The installation of suspension string for jump line in Zhonglu-Nuclear power plant auxiliary transformer 220 kV transmission line and the installation of line arrester on towers in serious lightning area are suggested. Evaluation results has strong guide significances to tbe security operation of first stage transmission line of Fangchenggang nuclear power plant and the design of transmission line in strong typhoon area.
