摘要 研究峰谷分时电价对广西重点行业用户负荷的影响。对广西六大重点行业实施峰谷分时电价前的负荷数据进行分析,在负荷影响预评估分析基础上,建立适合广西重点行业用户响应模型,并结合广西峰谷分时电价政策,对水泥行业用户需求响应的变化情况进行仿真验证,验证结果表明用户响应模型的准确性和有效性。最后提出了广西电网实施峰谷分时电价时可能面临的风险以及应对措施建议。 Influence of peak-valley time-of-use (TOU) price to customer loads of key industries in Guangxi is studied. Load data of six key industries in Guangxi before the implementation of peak-valley TOU price are analyzed. Based on the pre-assessment analysis of load influence, customer response model of Guangxi key industries is buih. Combining with the Guangxi peak valley TOU price policy, the change of customer demand response of cement industry is simulated and verified. Verification results show that the customer response model is correct and effective. Finally, risks probably faced during the implementation of peak-valley TOU price in Guangxi power grid and countermeasures are proposed.
