摘要 含微电网的配电网可靠性评估是电力系统可靠性研究的重要方面。针对分布式电源间歇性、随机性的特点以及复杂网络可靠性仿真建模困难的问题,采用蒙特卡洛随机抽样获取系统故障状态,建立微电源输出功率随机模型,同时设计含微电源和储能装置的联合模型解决某种故障状态下孤岛时间统计问题,进而开发了基于序贯蒙特卡洛法的含微电网的配电网可靠性评估软件。在RBTS BUS6中配置微电网,测试仿真系统验证了所提供模型与算法的正确性。 The reliability evaluation of distribution network with micro-grid is an important aspect of power system reliability studies. Aiming at intermittence and randomness characteristics of distributed power supply source and the problem of difficulty in building the complicate network reliability simulation model, the Monte Carlo random sampling is used to obtain the fault status of system, and the micro power source output power stochastic model is built. The combined model containing micro power source and energy storage device is designed to solve the island time statistics problem under certain fault status. Then the micro-gird contained distribution network reliability evaluation software based on sequential Monte Carlo method is developed. Micro-girds are allocated in RBTS BUS6, and the testing simulation system verified the correctness of the model and algorithm proposed.
