岩滩电厂AVC系统升级导致500kV母线电压越限分析

摘要 针对岩滩电厂AVC系统升级过程中500 kV母线电压越限事件进行分析。根据励磁调节器的调节记录和机组故障录波器数据调查事件起因,通过进一步的现场模拟试验,证实事件原因是在对AVC程序修改时,未对中间变量赋初值,导致了机组进相运行时无功策略分配值发生错误。指出由该事件暴露出的问题,并提出了相应的防范和处理措施,对今后避免发生类似事故提供借鉴。 The 500 kV bus voltage over limit event during the upgrade of AVC system in Yantan hydropower plant is analyzed. The reason of the event is investigated based on the regulation records of the excitation regulator and data of the unit fault recorder. By further field simulation test, it is confirmed that the reason of the event because (is that) the initial value was not given to the intermediate variable during the modification of AVC program which causes the fault of assigned value of reactive power strategy during the generator leading phase operation. Problems exposed in the event are pointed and corresponding prevention and treatment measures are proposed which provide reference to avoiding similar fault in the future.
