广西电网仓储班组规范化信息系统的建设与推广

Construction and Promotion of Standardization Information System of Material Storage Team in Guangxi Power Grid

为进一步加强物资班组规范化建设,广西电网有限责任公司开发了物资仓储班组规范化信息系统。介绍了在贵港供电局试点建设的物资仓储班组规范化信息系统的功能结构和主要实现技术,及在公司14个供电局推广应用、流程优化的经验,并指出了系统深化应用的方向。该系统上线后为公司物资班组规范化工作提供了信息化支撑平台,缩短物资仓储作业时间,初步实现了仓储作业管理的移动作业信息化,提升了班组规范化管理水平。

In order to further enforce the standardization construction of material team, the standardization information system of material storage team is developed by Guangxi Power Grid Co., Ltd.. The function structure and main realization technology of the standardization information system of material storage team experimentally constructed in Guigang power supply bureau are introduced. Experiences of application promotion and process optimization in 14 power supply bureaus are also introduced and the direction of the deep application of the system is pointed out. After the online of the system, it provides the informatization support platform for the standardization work of material storage team of the company, which reduced the work time of material storage, implemented preliminary the mobile work informatization of storage work management, and improved the level of team standardization management.
