摘要
在中置柜断路器室进行内部导轨故障处理和日常维护传动部件工作时容易触摸带电部位,造成检修人员伤亡,为此根据中置柜内部结构特点,研制一种中置柜防触电手车。通过统计各厂家10kV中置柜断路器室规格尺寸,以及调查兴安供电公司目前在用的各厂家断路器室规格尺寸,得到了防触电手车的制作设想。通过现场试验和效果检查,验证了手车具有良好的实用性和经济价值,能确保检修人员在柜内工作时的安全,同时缩短了停电时间,提高了供电量。
During the disposal of internal guide rail fault and daily maintenance of transmission components in the circuit breaker chamber of centrally installed switchgear, the live parts are easily to be touched which caused casualties of maintenance personnel. An anti-electric shock handcart of centrally installed switchgear is developed based on the internal characteristics of the centrally installed switchgear. By the statistics of specification size of circuit breaker chamber of 10 kV centrally installed switchgear in all manufactures, and investigating specification sizes of circuit breaker chamber of all manufactures currently used in Xingan power supply company, the anti-electric shock handcart is designed. By the field test and effect examination, the better practicability and economic value of the handcart are testified, which can guarantee the safety of maintenance personnel during the work inside the switchgear, and at the same time reduce the power off time and increase the power supply quantity.
