摘要
对一起动叶可调式轴流风机叶片全部断裂的事故进行分析。通过现场检查与分析,得出叶片断裂的原因为液压缸渗油造成叶柄轴承损坏卡涩,从而导致叶片发生失速,同时由于自身存在铸造缺陷,叶片无法承受失速造成的强大冲击力而断裂。为防止类似事故再次发生,提出了相应的预防措施,为动叶可调式轴流风机的安全稳定运行提供参考依据。
An all blades broken accident of adjustable blade axial flow fan is analyzed. By field inspection and analysis, the reason of the blades broken is because of the damage of petiole bearing caused by the oil leakage of hydraulic cylinder which caused the happiness of blade stalling, and at the same time the blade, which has casting defects in itself, is broken because it cannot bear the strong impacting force caused by the stalling. To avoid similar accident happening again, corresponding preventive measures are proposed, which can provide reference basis for the security and stability operation of adjustable blade axial flow fan.
