摘要 某火电厂石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫系统(FGD)增容改造后厂用电量居高不下,为了满足设计要求,降低FGD电耗,对其主要脱硫设备进行节能优化分析。通过对FGD的主要脱硫设备进行测试,得到各脱硫设备的电耗及其电耗占比。分析了增压风机、浆液循环泵等设备电耗偏大的原因,并提出了降低FGD电耗的建议。 The auxiliary power consumption remains at a high level after the capacity expansion modification of limestone gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization system (FGD) in a thermal power plant. In order to satisfy the design requirement and reduce the power consumption of FGD, the energy saving optimization of main desulfurization devices is analyzed. By testing main desulfurization devices of FGD, the power consumption and its proportion of each desulfurization device are obtained. Reasons of higher power consumption of devices such as boost fan, slurry circulating pump and so on are analyzed, and suggestions on reducing the power consumption of FGD are proposed.
