摘要
为了保障电厂机组安全可靠运行,对一起UPS故障造成的仙依滩电厂机组全停事件进行了分析。通过对现场设备和供电系统进行检查、分析,发现该事件的原因是UPS主机老化,CPU死机,导致无法正常逆变和切至旁路。为防止类似事故的发生,对UPS系统存在的缺陷进行分析,从UPS本体、负荷、配电等方面提出了改进方案。改进方案能有效提高UPS供电的可靠性,保证机组的安全稳定运行。
In order to guarantee the security and reliability operation of power plant unit, a unit full stop event caused by UPS fault in Xianyitan power plant is analyzed. By inspecting and analyzing field devices and power supply system, it is found that the reason of the event is because of the aging Of UPS host and crash of CPU which cause the normal inversion and the switch to bypass not to be realized. In order to prevent similar fault, defects existed in UPS system are analyzed, modification schemes from aspects of the UPS body, load and distribution and so on are proposed. Proposed modification schemes can effectively improve the power supply reliability of UPS and guarantee the security and reliability operation of the unit.
