肝脏中五羟色氨及其受体与肝糖、脂代谢相关性的初步机制研究 被引量:1

摘要 五羟色氨(5-HT),又称血清素,是一种重要的单胺类神经递质和信号分子,主要由肠道嗜铬细胞摄取色氨酸,在胞浆内经一系列酶促反应生成,储存于囊泡内。5-HT主要通过其受体传递信号,5-HT受体(5-HTRs)分为7型,分别为5-HT1A、1B、2A、2B、2C、3A、3B、4、5A、6、7等。除5-HT3属于离子通道受体家族外,其他5-HTRs均属于G蛋白偶联受体家族成员。
