摘要
MOOC的兴起与迅猛发展,对传统教学产生颠覆性的革命,并快速成为学校教学现代化建设、衡量学校教学水平、学生选择学校、学校国际化程度的重要标识。MOOC理念与高等教育的深度融合,倒逼我国高校加快教学改革再深化的进程。教育实践表明,MOOC的实际成效非想象中的理想,高等教育应视MOOC为双刃剑,用其长而避其短,充分认识并顺应潮流发展,即满足学生个性化学习需求,又缓解高校名师"能力不足",并实现教师教学水平的"教研相长"。
With the emergence and rapid development of the MOOC, a subversive revolution arises in the tradi- tional teaching, and quickly become of an important symbol of the school teaching modernization, to measure the lev- el of school teaching, the choice of the students, the international level of MOOC concept and the depth of the inte- gration of higher education, forced to accelerate the process of deepening the reform of the teaching reform in Col- leges and universities. Practice shows that the actual effectiveness of MOOC is not as good as ideal imagination, higher education should regard MOOC as a double-edged sword, with its long, to avoid its short fully aware of and conform to the trend of development, to meet students’ individualized learning needs, and to alleviate the teacher lack of capacity, and the realization of teaching teaching level of the teachers “teaching and research”.
