美国社会情绪学习对我国大学生心理健康教育课程建设的启示 被引量:7

摘要 社会情绪学习是美国教育领域应用比较成熟的情商教育项目,它对于提高学生心理健康水平、改善学生学习和生活态度、降低他们问题行为并提高他们的学习成绩等方面都具有积极意义。社会情绪学习的提出是基于美国社会青少年严峻的心理健康和社会问题行为,但它着眼于学生基础社会情绪能力的培养,具有发展性和预防性的先进理念,经过20多年的研究和实践,在具体应用上已经形成了一套较成熟的标准体系,课程教学也已经比较成熟。本文拟结合我国大学生心理健康教育课程的现状,主要介绍该项目及其启示和借鉴。 social emotional learning is a mature and mature education program in the United States of America. It has positive significance in improving the mental health level of students, improving students learning and life atti- tude, reducing their problems and improving their academic performance. Social emotional learning is based on the severe mental health and social problems in the American society. But it is focused on the cultivation of students" e- motional ability. It has the development and preventive advanced ideas. After 20 years of research and practice, it has formed a set of mature standard system. This paper will be combined with the current situation of College Stu- dents" mental health education curriculum in our country, which mainly introduces the project and its inspiration and referenee.
