地方性农业高校电子信息类人才创新培养模式研究与实践

针对"大众创业,万众创新"的大背景以及地方性高等院校在人才培养中存在创新能力不足的具体问题,本文对本科生和硕士生的创新培养模式进行了探索和思考,并介绍了安徽农业大学电子信息类创新人才培养的实践经验,供同类院校或专业参考借鉴,共同提高人才培养质量,更好地服务于社会和地方经济建设。

According to the background of “Public Entrepreneurship ＆ Innovation” and the problem of innova- tion ability insufficient in personnel training in local colleges and universities, this paper explored the innovative training mode of undergraduates and postgraduates, and introduced the practical experience about the cultivation of innovative talents in electronic information in Anhui Agricultural University. The results are of reference value for similar situation to improve the quality of personnel training and the effect of social services.
