摘要
真实世界中的各种复杂系统均可借助不同种类的网络进行描述,而生物机体是由大量动态生化反应与胞间信号传导构成的复杂系统,可以通过复杂网络理论进行建模研究。疾病的发生、发展与一系列相互作用的基因或蛋白相关,疾病表型反映的即是不同的病理学过程在一个复杂网络中的相互作用。本文综述了复杂网络理论方法在多种重大疾病研究中的具体应用。
Many complex systems of nature can be described with different networks, the organisms are complex systems composed of dynamic biochemical reactions and processes for intercellular signals, which can be researched by complex networks. The occurrence and development of diseases associated with a series of interaction between genes or proteins, and disease phenotype reflects the interactions of different pathological biological process in a complex network. In this paper, we summarized the applications of major diseases researched by complex network theory method.
