探析新时期高校体育教学对大学生主观幸福感的影响

摘要 现阶段,随着社会的发展与进步,大学生面临着越来越多的竞争和挑战,身心压力较大。适当的体育锻炼不仅有益身体健康,还能调节大学生心理状态,磨练意志,开阔心胸,满足身心发展的需求。作为人对自己生活质量所作出的情感性和认知性整体评价,主观幸福感与高校体育教学之间的关系引起人们的高度关注。文章基于问卷调查法,随机抽取陕西省普通高校600名大学生,调查体育教学与主观幸福感的现状,并以此为依据,来深入剖析新时期高校体育教学对大学生主观幸福感的影响。 Stage, with the social development and progress, college students facing more and more competition and challenges, greater physical and psychological pressure. Proper physical exercise is not only good for health, but also to adjust the psychological state of college students, the mind, an open heart, to meet the needs of physical and mental development. As emotional and cognitive overall rating of the quality of life of their people made the rela- tionship between subjective well-being between College Physical Education and aroused great concern. Articles based questionnaire, randomly selected 600 colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province Students, Survey of Physical Edu- cation and subjective well-being, and as a basis to further analyze the impact college physical education on college students subjective well-being.
