国内著名干部培训院校现场体验式教学对气象干部教育培训的启示

了解国内著名干部培训院校现场体验式教学的概况,总结其共同特征和成功经验,得出如下启示:在气象干部教育培训过程中,应加大现场体验式教学比重,加强现场体验式教学研究,强化特色现场体验式教学基地建设。

Based on survey of spot teaching of famous cadre training colleges in China and their common fea- tures and successful experience in spot teaching, the following enlightenments are concluded： in the course of cadre education and training of meteorological department, the proportion of spot teaching should be increased, the research of spot teaching should be strengthened, and the construction of charactoristic spot teaching base should be en- hanced.
