摘要
教学干事是教学工作的重要参与者,是教学管理与服务的枢纽。与学校其他行政工作人员相比,其工作内容更繁杂,工作性质更特殊。在日常教学活动中,由于责任重、压力大,不被重视,缺乏进修机会,得不到各有关部门与人员的配合,导致教学干事工作困难重重。今后,我们应通过重视教学干事的工作,建立明确的岗位职责,提升教学干事的整体素质,各部门与人员的积极配合,进而实现教学管理工作更有效,教学活动更有序。
The teaching secretary is one of important participants in the teaching work, playing as the hub be- tween the teaching management and teaching service. Comparing with other administrative staffs, the teaching secretary undertakes more miscellaneous work. During the daily teaching work, they have borne more responsibilities and pres- sures, but their work is always neglected; meanwhile, some departments could not offer cooperation to them, which has caused many difficulties in their work. In future, we should attach more importance to the teaching secretary's work. The post responsibility shall be cleared and the overall quality of the teaching secretary shall be improved. The personnel from other departments shall offer more cooperation to them so as to achieve more efficient teaching man-agement and orderly teaching activities.
