项目管理视角下高等职业教育“双师型”教师培养路径研究——以成都工业职业技术学院为例 被引量:1

摘要 改革开放三十年以来,我国的职业教育改革取得了明显的成就。我国正处于工业化的中期阶段,使得职业教育担负起人力资源大国朝着人力资源强国转变的历史重任,能否完整这一历史赋予的使命,主要取决还是在于教师的整体素质。由于职业教育双师型教师数量的缺少,使得职业教育发展受到瓶颈的制约。因此,本文以成都工业职业技术学院为例,对项目管理视角下高等职业教育"双师型"教师培养路径进行研究。 Since the reform and opening up 30 years, China's vocational education reform has obtained the obvi- ous achievement. Our country is at the stage of middle industrialization, made up to the task of vocational education human resources powers toward change the historical task of human resource power, can complete the mission that history given, mainly depends on is the whole quality of teachers. Because the quantity of vocational education double teachers lack, is restricted by the bottleneck of development of vocational education. Therefore, based on the chengdu industrial vocational and technical college as an example, the project management point of view of higher vocational education under the /“double division type/” teacher training path for study.
