摘要 慢性疼痛机制复杂、治疗困难,严重影响人类的身心健康,目前临床应用的一些镇痛药物由于其作用靶点不明确,因而对疼痛治疗效果并不十分明显。寻找治疗疼痛的有效靶点成为该领域的研究重点。近年来有多项研究发现,脂质运载蛋白2(LCN2)通过多种方式在胶质细胞活化和慢性疼痛中发挥重要作用,它可能成为治疗慢性疼痛机制研究的新方向,并成为治疗的新靶点。该文对LCN2相关的基础研究进展作一综述。 The mechanism of chronic pain is very complex and the treatment is difficult, which affects patient's physical and psychological health seriously. The effect of analgesics is not good because targets of analgesics used in clinical are uncertain. Therefore, current research of pain is primarily focused on searching for effective therapeutic targets of pain. Many recent studies showed that lipocalin-2 (LCN2) plays a critical role in the activation of glia cells and chronic pain,which may become a new way to explore the mechanisms of chronic pain and a potential target for the treatment of chronic pain. Here is to make a review of the pro- gress of the basic research of LCN2.
