权力与规划——空间生产理论权力视角下城乡规划发展研究

Power and Planning: Research on Urban and Rural Planning Development in View of Power on the Production of the Space Theory

在当前我国城乡统筹时代背景下,研究西方城乡规划与城乡权力关系演变过程中的辩证关系与规律。基于空间生产理论揭示的空间社会性,从宏观和微观权力视角入手,展现西方城乡权力关系的阶段性特征。之后借西方规划发展实践的研究,分析西方国家城乡一体化过程中规划发展的历程,指出西方城乡规划体现城乡权力关系,并在其发展过程中呈现出"分散化"和与政治权力"分离"的趋势以及权力与资本相统一的特征。

Under the background of the new era of town and country balancing development, we aim at finding the rules and relationship between western urban planning and he evolution of power. We focus on the relationship of power between the production of urban space and rural space. In virtue of the planning practices and in view of macro and micro layers of power, we come into conclusion on the decentralizing and separating development of the planning authority and the unity with capital as its feature.
