摘要
教育部[2013]22号文《关于进一步加强高校学生党员发展和教育管理服务工作的若干意见》高度重视高校作为党员发展和教育的基层党组织的重要性,进一步对学生党员培养和教育提出新目标,既维持"量",又苛求"质"。面对复杂发展困境,必须扭转既有思路,以学生党员角色转变与认同为新的思考维度,在转变中寻求认同,在认同中谋求互动,构建一个以角色认知和定位、角色转变、角色认同和承认、角色互动为主体的四维一体机制。
The 22nd public document issued by the Ministry of Education in the year of 2013 ,To Strengthen the Development, Education and Management of Student Party Members in Universities, hi Further ghlights the importance of colleges and universities as the primary party organization in student party members' devel- opment and education, and launches new goals for the cultivation and education of student party members, which requires that the "total member" of student party members be maintained, and at the same time their qualification as a party member be strengthened. Under a more complicated circumstance, the already existing thoughts must be geared to taking the role - change and identity of student party members as a new dimension, seeking self - identity in the change, and seeking interaction in self - identity so as to construct a four - di- mensional integrated mechanism, which takes cognition and orientation, role change, role identity and recog- nition, role interaction as the main part.
