热矫正温度对S355J2W+N低合金钢对接接头疲劳性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 通过对经不同温度火焰热矫正的S355J2W+N低合金钢对接接头(去掉余高)进行疲劳、断口扫描电镜分析等试验,研究了热矫正温度对S355J2W+N低合金钢对接接头疲劳性能的影响。结果表明:热矫正温度对该接头的疲劳性能有一定影响,其中800℃矫正接头(去掉余高)的疲劳性能最好,700℃矫正接头(去掉余高)的疲劳性能最差,比不矫正时略低;建议将S355J2W+N低合金钢对接接头的热矫正温度控制在8001 000℃。 The influence of hot straightening temperature on fatigue properties of S355J2W+N low alloy steel butt joints(without reinforcement)was studied through fatigue test and fractography analysis to specimens which were flame straightened at different temperature.The results show that the hot straightening temperature had a certain effect on the fatigue properties of the joints.The fatigue properties of the joints hot straightened at 800℃ was the best and the fatigue properties of the joints hot straightened at 700 ℃ was the worst,which was even worse than those of the joints without hot straightening.So the hot straightening temperature of S355J2W+N low alloy steel butt joints was suggested to be controlled in the range of 8001 000 ℃.
