新常态下影响高校学风建设的隐患因素分析与控制

Analysis and Control of Risk Factors Affecting the Construction of Learning Atmosphere in Colleges and Universities under the New Normal

中国经济新常态下,随着社会发展的多元化,社会主义文化教育事业也得到了不断发展,高校学风建设中存在的新问题也逐渐浮出水面,如学生缺乏专业兴趣、缺乏诚信意识、缺乏担当意识等。文章通过对院内学生进行随机的抽样调查,了解大学生在学习中存在的困惑和期待,从校园氛围、管理体系、教育载体和学生形象表现四个方面对当前学风建设中存在的隐患因素进行分析,针对隐患因素提出有效控制途径并予以实施。经一年努力,当前学生的专业兴趣、诚信意识和担当意识等较以往已有所改善,学风建设工作也向科学化、人性化和规范化迈进了坚实的一步。

With the diversification of social development under the new normal of Chinese economy and con- tinuous development of socialist culture and education, the new problems in the construction of learning atmosphere in colleges and universities are gradually emerging such as students＇lack of professional interest, lack of sense of in- tegrity and lack of awareness of responsibility. A random sample survey was taken among the university students to understand their puzzles and expectations in learning. Risk factors in current learning atmosphere construction were analyzed in four aspects of the campus atmosphere, management systems, educational support and students＇ per- formance. Effective ways to control risk factors have been come up with and implemented. After a year of hard work, the current students＇professional interests, integrity sense and awareness of responsibility has been improved, the work of learning atmosphere construction has stepped solidly further towards scientification, humanization and standardization.
