摘要
在我国研究生教育高速发展的大背景下,文科硕士研究生的就业问题尚不容乐观,具体体现在就业率相对偏低,就业结构单一,就业质量不高等方面。对此,我国高校应在分析文科硕士研究生的就业现状和低质就业原因的基础上,采取"一提一拓一带"的组合对策,构建全程指导、全员参与的研究生职业规划指导体系,以创新创业拓宽研究生就业渠道,设立就业反馈机制,从而增加文科研究生的就业机会,改善就业结构,最终实现高学历人才资源的合理配置。
Under the background of rapid development of graduate education in our country, the employment of Master of Arts is still not optimistic. It embodies in many aspects, such as the relatively low rate of employment, the single structure of employment and the low quality of employment. To solve these problems, universities should analyze students' employment status and reasons of low - quality employment, on the basis of which a combination of multi - measures should be taken involving promoting, broadening and mobilizing. It is used to establish a career planning system of guidance and full participation to broaden the employment fields and set up a feedback mecha- nism of employment in an innovative way. In this way, students' employment opportunities and structure can be imoroved and a reasonable allocation of highly educated talent resources will be achieved.
