提高图书馆员的素质是提升图书馆服务质量的根本所在。现阶段高校图书馆提高馆员素质、提升服务质量可通过优化图书馆整体人员配置、加强馆员职业道德教育与业务培训、统一着装挂牌上岗、实行岗位轮换等途径与措施来实现。
