摘要
在Mott-Davis能带模型的基础上,通过建立基于pin结构的非晶硅和纳米硅薄膜太阳电池的理论模型,采用数值模拟的方法,在AMPS-1D程序环境下,重点模拟分析了纳米硅作为本征层的电池性能,以提高电池输出效率.结果表明纳米硅电池效率达到了8.389%,比本征层为非晶硅的电池高出0.985%.
Based on the Mott-Davis Model,the solar cell model made of amorphous silicon and nano-silicon with pin structures is established. With the method of numerical simulation,the model is computed in AMPS-1D environment. We have mainly researched the properties of the cell with silicon as their intrinsic layers. And we have optimized the model to raise their output efficiency. The results suggest that the efficiency is up to 8. 389%,0. 985% higher than the efficiency of the cell made of amorphous silicon.
