美国教育硕士职前课程设置的案例研究——以斯坦福大学的小学STEP项目为例

摘要 以美国斯坦福大学教育研究生院的职前教师教育项目为例,对其小学STEP项目的课程设置状况进行了分析和研究.该项目包括课程与教学理论、社会学与心理学基础、语言读写能力和文化、教学策略、实习和教学实践等5个课程模块,课程内容注重对未来教师的业务能力、教学技能和组织管理能力的全面培养.通过教育理论学习与教学临床实践的有机结合,提升未来教师的业务能力和技能,以适应未来多样化和复杂化的教育任务. The program of pre-service teacher education of Stanford Graduate School of Education is taken as an example.The curriculum program of the STEP elementary is investigated and analyzed. The courses include curriculum and instruction,social and psychological foundations,language and literacy,pedagogical strategies,practicum and student teaching. The specific content of the courses emphasizes on professional ability,teaching skills and organization and management ability of the future teacher. The professional proficiency,and teaching skills of the future teacher are promoted to be competent future educational mission the diverse and complex through the organic integration with the learning of education theory and the clinic practice of teaching.
