摘要
目的构建白血病患儿家庭综合关怀支持模式,初步评价其实施效果。方法组建一支由临床、心理、社会成员组成的综合关怀支持团队,对60例初诊并接受规范化治疗的白血病患儿及其家庭实施综合关怀,比较实施前后患儿社交能力与行为问题、家长压力源与压力反应。结果实施综合关怀模式后,患儿的社交能力与行为问题评分显著低于实施前;家长压力源与压力反应评分显著降低(均P<0.01)。结论综合关怀模式的实施能缓解家长压力,改善患儿的社交能力与遵医行为,从而有利于提高治疗依从性。
Objective To construct a comprehensive care and support mode for families with leukemia children,and evaluate its effectiveness preliminarily.Methods A comprehensive care and support team consisting of clinical,psychological and social support members was established and provided comprehensive care to 60 newly diagnosed leukemia children and their families.The social skills and behavioral problems of children,the pressure sources of parents and their reaction to the pressure before and after the implementation were compared.Results After the implementation of the comprehensive care mode,the average scores of the social skills and behavioral problems of the children and those of parents′pressure source and their reaction to the pressure were significantly lower than before the implementation（P〈0.01 for all）.Conclusion The implementation of the comprehensive care mode can relieve pressure on parents,improve social skills and compliance behavior of children,and thus help to improve the treatment compliance.
