肺癌患者积极心理品质、社会支持与生活质量的关系研究

Relationship between positive psychological traits,social support and quality of life in patients with lung cancer

目的探讨肺癌患者积极心理品质(希望特质、感恩)、社会支持与生活质量的关系。方法采用一般情况调查问卷、欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织生活质量核心量表、成人希望特质量表、领悟社会支持量表、感恩量表对91例原发性支气管肺癌住院患者进行问卷调查。结果肺癌患者生活质量的5个功能状况得分最高的为认知功能,最低的为社交功能;希望特质得分为24.57±3.70;感恩得分为34.68±5.26;社会支持得分为70.08±7.41。肺癌患者的角色功能、情绪功能及认知功能与感恩、家庭支持呈正相关(P<0.05,P<0.01);多元回归分析显示,感恩能预测肺癌患者生活质量中除社交功能外的其他功能(P<0.05,P<0.01);希望特质仅对社交功能有预测作用(P<0.05)。结论肺癌患者的感恩水平及希望特质可影响其生活质量。应培养肺癌患者的积极心理品质,重视对患者及家属的健康教育,使肺癌患者获得更多的家庭支持,改善其生活质量。

Objective To explore the relationship between quality of life and positive psychological quality（including hope traits,gratitude）and the social support in patients with lung cancer.Methods Totally 91 hospitalized patients with lung cancer were selected and surveyed using European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Scale Core（EORTC QLQC30）,Adult Hope Traits Scale（ADHS）,Perceived Social Support Scale（PSSS）and Gratitude Scale（GQ）.Results The average score of cognitive function was highest,but that of social function was the lowest.The average score of hope traits,gratitude and social support was（24.57±3.70）,（34.68±5.26）and（70.08±7.41）respectively.Lung cancer patients′role function,emotional function and cognitive function were positively related to gratitude and family support.Multiple regression analysis showed that the gratitude trait can predict all the functional status of people with lung cancer except their social funciton.Only the hope traits can be used to predict the social function.Conclusion Lung cancer patients′gratitude and hope traits can influence their quality of life（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Therefore,we should cultivate their positive psychological quality and pay more attention to health education of patients and their families to help lung cancer patients get more family support to promote their quality of life.
