山西省护理专利转化现状及障碍因素调查分析

The current status of nursing patents transformation and the obstacles in Shanxi Province

目的了解山西省护理专利转化现状及障碍因素,为提高护理专利技术转化及制定护理专利政策提供参考。方法对中国知网收录的护理专利进行检索,结合中华人民共和国国家知识产权网、SooPAT专利检索网对山西省护理专利进行检索和分析。采用访谈、问卷调查法对1985~2013年获得专利的99名护理人员进行护理专利转化障碍因素调查。结果 1985~2013年山西省护理人员成功申请护理专利64项,已转化12项。阻碍专利转化的因素包括专利转化融资渠道、生产所需的配套设备、专利的市场需求量、专利的经济收益、政府和医院的政策支持导向、专利的技术含量等。结论护理专利转化情况不容乐观,护理专利转化最大的障碍因素是转化资金不足,其次是社会支持力度不够和专利技术水平低等,政府、医院应重视护理科研成果推广,促进护理人员专利转化意识,提高专利转化率。

Objective To study the current situation and obstacles to nursing patents transformation in Shanxi Province,so as to promote the transformation of nursing patents and provide references for setting up nursing patents policy.Methods Nursing patents of Shanxi province were searched in China National Knowledge Infrastructure,the People′s Republic of China National Intellectual Property Network and SooPAT.Ninety-nine nursing staffers who registered patents during 1985 and 2013 were investigated in terms of obstacles to patents transformation using interviews and a questionnaire.Results Among 64 nursing patents successfully registered in Shanxi province during 1985 to 2013,12 had been put into service.Factors hindering the transformation included the financing channels,lack of supportive equipment for the production,the market demand of patents,economic benefits,the government and hospital policy support and patents′technology content.Conclusion The biggest obstacle factor for the low rate of transformation is insufficient funds,followed by the low level of social support,and low technology in patents.Therefore,the government and hospitals should attach importance to promoting popularization of nursing scientific research,promoting nurses′consciousness of patent transformation and improving the transformation rate.
