摘要
首先利用静电纺丝技术制备了聚己内酯(Poly(ε-caprolactone),PCL)/稀土(Rare Earth,RE)杂化纤维,而后通过扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)研究了静电纺丝电压、稀土加入量等因素对杂化纤维微观结构、直径以及热性能的影响。结果表明,加入RE后,杂化纤维中PCL具有多种晶体形态,且纤维表面具有微细的孔洞结构;随着RE加入量的增大,或随着静电纺丝电压的升高,纤维直径呈现先减小后增大的趋势,而纤维熔点呈现先增大后减小的趋势。
In this paper, the hybrid fibers of Poly (ε-caprolactone) (PCL)/rare earth (RE) were prepared by electrospinning, and the influence of RE addition, electrospinning voltage on the morphology, diametrer and thermal properties of the hybrid fibers was investigated by using SEM, XRD and DSC. The results show that, firstly, there are several PCL crystal structures in hybrid fibers, and many nano-pores occur in the surface of hybrid fibers by addition of RE. Secondly, with the increasing of voltage, or with the increasing of RE, the diameter of the hybrid fibers is decreasing firstly and then increasing, and the melting point of hybrid fibers goes up firstly and then down.
