摘要
聚合反应工程分析是《聚合反应工程》课程中重要一章,平均聚合度是这一章节的重要内容,正确理解其概念,掌握各种数学表达式的内涵与物理意义,对聚合反应工程分析的学习十分有益,有助于学生对此类公式更深入地理解。本文依据平均分子量、单体分子量以及平均聚合度之间的关系,通过数均分子量的推导,进而推导出数均聚合度公式,再按照此方法推导出重均聚合度公式,并从聚合反应工程的角度对瞬时数均聚合度和瞬时重均聚合度进行了推导分析。
Polymerization reaction engineering analysis is an important chapter in the course of "Polymer Reaction Engineering", the average degree of polymerization constitutes an important part of this chapter, the correct understanding of the involved concepts, essential meaning and physical significance of mathematical expressions is of very importance for learning polymer reaction engineering analysis which can help students to have a better understanding of such formulae. By extending the derivation of the number average molecular weight, the number average degree of polymerization have been deduced according to relationship of the average molecular weight, molecular weight of monomer and average degree polymerization. The Weight average degree of polymerization formula can be imitated. Furthermore, the instantaneous number average degree of polymerization and the instantaneous weight average polymerization degree have also been deduced and analyzed from the perspective of polymerization reaction engineering.
