School PE aims to improve students＇ body diathesis and the level of the health of body and mind.This paper elaborates the connotation of healthy PE,the meaning of implementing and how to build up the pattern of healthy PE.It takes Tieling Normal College for example to introduce the pattern of healthy PE,shows that it is the historical necessity to conform to society and meet the needs of times development.
