大型输水钢管断裂原因分析及抢修措施探讨

Analysis of fracture cause in large-scale water delivery steel pipe and discussion of repair measures

输供水管线由于采用带压输水,干线管径也比较大,管线漏水或者爆管现象时有发生,造成的后果严重,社会影响比较大。管线抢修措施是恢复供水的关键因素。本文介绍了大伙房水库输水工程管径DN2800mm钢管的断裂原因及抢修措施。在全国范围内现有可查资料中,如此大直径的输水钢管脆性断裂尚属罕见,希望本文对类似工程有借鉴价值。

Water delivery and supply pipeline frequently suffers from pipeline water leakage or cartridge ignition since water delivery with pressure is adopted, and trunk pipe diameter is larger. Serious consequences are caused, and social impact is great. Pipeline repair measure is the key factor for restoring water supply. In the paper, fracture cause and repair measures of steel pipe with diameter of DN2800 in Dahuofang Reservoir water diversion project are introduced. Water diversion steel pipe brittle fracture with such large diameter is rare in existing inquiry data all over the country. It is expected that the paper can provide reference value for similar projects.
