浅析长距离大口径输水管道在施工过程中的问题及解决方法——以贾庄至卧虎山输水工程为例

On problems of long-distance large diameter water pipe in construction process and solution: taking Water Diversion Project from Jiazhuang to Wohushan as example

本文结合南水北调配套续建工程贾庄至卧虎山水库输水工程,对长直管段钢管在安装阶段和打压阶段存在的问题进行了分析,介绍了在安装过程中针对长直管段增加橡胶伸缩器、在管道打压试验准备阶段对管道进行预埋等做法。

In the paper, supporting extension work in South-to-North Water Diversion Project--Water Diversion Project from Jiazhuang to Wohushan Reservoir is combined for analyzing problems of long straight steel pipe in installation stage and pressing stage. Methods in the installation process are introduced, such as adding rubber compensator in long straight pipe section and embedding pipeline in pipeline pressing test preparation stage.
