摘要
本文对《全球定位系统(GPS)测量规范》、《工程测量规范》、《水利水电工程测量规范》和《水电水利工程施工测量规范》四种规范中涉及GPS平面控制测量技术要求的内容进行了对比分析。提出了在水利工程测量平面控制网平差时,正确选用技术要求进行外业数据质量检查及成果精度分析的意义,对成果质量及成本控制具有重要作用。
In the paper, contents about GPS plane control survey technology requirements are compared and analyzed in four specifications such as Global Positioning System （ GPS ） Measurement Norms, Engineering Measurement Standard, Measurement Specification of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering, and Measurement Specification for Construction of Hydropower and Water Conservancy Project. It is proposed that technical requirements should be correctly selected for field data quality inspection and achievement precision analysis when plane control network error compensation is measured in water conservancy project. The significance is proposed. It has important function on achievement quality and cost control.
