摘要
随着酒嘉两市社会经济发展的需要,讨赖河河道岸线开发利用项目明显增多。本文通过调查分析讨赖河酒嘉两市河段岸线开发利用中存在的主要问题,提出了今后一个时期能够合理利用和科学管理河道岸线资源,实现岸线资源优化配置、集约开发和可持续利用目标及全面发挥河道岸线的综合功能等的相关建议和措施。
Shoreline development and utilization projects of Taolai River are prominently increased with the demand of social and economic development in Jiuqun and Jiayuguan. In the paper, main problems in shoreline development and utilization of Taolai River at Jiuquan and Jiayuguan sections are investigated and analyzed. Related suggestions and measures are proposed for certain period in the future, such as rationally utilizing and scientifically managing river shoreline resources, realizing optimal configuration, intensive development and sustainable utilization goal of shoreline resources, comprehensively exerting comprehensive functions of shoreline, etc.
