中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的疗效研究

Study on the Clinical Effect of Chinese-Western Medicine Integration on the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Patients

目的探讨中西医结合治疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的疗效。方法将110例COPD患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各55例,对照组采用止咳、平喘、祛痰等常规治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上配合中药组方及维D胶性钙穴位注射。治疗4周后比较2组患者治疗前后肺功能指标、肺血管炎性因子水平及生活质量评分。结果治疗后,治疗组FEV1、FEV1/FVC、IL-8、hs-CRP、ET-1及SGRQ各维度评分、总分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合在治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病在常规治疗上配合中药组方、维D胶性钙穴位注射定喘、肺俞,能有效改善患者肺通气功能、抑制炎症反应及提高患者生活质量,值得在临床中推广。

Objective： To study the effect of Chinese -Western medicine integration on the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Methods： 110 COPD patients were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group, 55 cases per group. The control group was given treatment of cough relieving, asthma preventing and phlegm removing while the treatment group was added with traditional Chinese medicine prescription and point in- jection of vitamin D and colloidal calcium besides the prescription of the control group. After a 4 - week treatment, the pulmonary function, pulmonary vascular inflammatory cytokine levels and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared between the pre- treatment and the post- treatment. Results： After the treatment, FEV1, FEV1/FVC, IL - 8, hs - CRP, ET - 1 and SGRQ composite score and total score of the treatment group were better than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Chinese -Western medicine integration can effectively improve the pulmonary function of the patients, inhibit inflammation and improve quality of life, worthy of clinical application.
