基于完全学分制的高校班级管理探索与实践——以甘肃农业大学草业科学专业为例

结合当前高校完全学分制管理体制下,如何进一步加强大学生班级凝聚力、提高自身修养和自主学习能力,树立"健康成长、全面成才"的育人理念,提出通过创新班级管理机制、打造班级文化、强化班团组织队伍、加强班主任工作和构建"四位一体"的班级管理模式等对策,积极营造平等和谐的班级氛围,逐步提升学生管理工作水平,实现大学生的自我管理、自我规范、自主学习,培养适应新时代发展的优秀大学生。

To solve some of the problems in term of low group consciousness,indiscipline,low management efficiency,etc.in class management,the paper suggest to innovate class management system,build class culture,strengthen the communist youth league organization of class and head teacher＇s duty for college students can be self-managed,self-regulated,and self-taught to become high-quality students in the new era.
