摘要 针对园艺植物生物技术课程教学中存在的理论教学内容繁多、学生相关理论基础薄弱、实验教学性质偏重验证性、理论教学与实践教学的同步性差以及考核体系单一等问题,从革新理论教学模式、推行开放性实验教学、突出教学与科研结合、建立多元化考核体系等方面进行了教学改革与探索,从激发学生兴趣和学习主动性为切入点,培养学生的创新精神与实践操作能力,提高课程教学的效果。 In order to solve a series of problem in horticultural biotechenoly teaching,such as the redundancy of theory teaching content,the unsubstantial of students' basic theories,the lacking of innovation in experiment teaching,the weakling synchronism between theory and experiment teaching and the singleness of examnation system.A lot of reform cases were explored,including theory teaching improve,practice opening experiment teaching strategy,enhancing the integration of theory and experiment teaching,and establish the diversified test system.Through motivate students' study interesting and initiative,develop students' creative spirit and ability of operation,to improve the quality of Horticultural Biotechenoly teaching.
