摘要
《群山之巅》是迟子建最新推出的长篇小说。该小说聚焦于北中国的边地民间,展示了时代大潮冲击下的众生相,历史和现实互相纠缠,人性善恶交织。执着于发掘民间小人物的人性之光,展开较为严厉的现实批判,捕捉乡村传统文化最后一缕光芒,是该小说的主旨所在。不过,该小说在精神探索方面尚有进一步提升的空间。
The Top of Mountains is a newly published full length novel by Chi Zijian, which focus on the folks of the Chinese northern border areas and shows their life under the entanglement of history and reality, the struggling between human goodness and evil. It explores the shining goodness of human nature of those nobodies, expresses severe realistic criticism, catching the last ray of the rural traditional culture. However, the novel needs to be improved in the aspect of spiritual exploration.
