摘要
探讨医院的人才管理问题。通过总结分析某院的人才管理工作经验,提出人才是医院最重要的资源,新形势下医院人力资源配置模式要发生新的变革,要从人才的引进、培养、使用和再提升上,构建系统的人才工程,以优势的人才力量推动医院快速发展。
It is intended to discuss talents management in hospitals. Experience of personnel management hospital has been summarized and analyzed.Talent is the most important resource of the hospital, hospital human source configuration model under the new situation to the new change, from the introduction of talent, training, and to improve, building systems engineering, with advantages of talent force for hospital development.
