四肢骨折内固定装置取出障碍的原因分析及防治策略

Reason analysis and prevention strategy of limbs fracture internal fixation device removal of obstacles

目的:探讨分析四肢骨折内固定装置取出障碍的原因,并提出防治策略。方法:回顾分析224例四肢骨折内固定装置取出术中出现38例取出障碍的原因,进行总结。结果:38例取出障碍病例中螺钉滑丝21例,取出工具不匹配6例,内固定物断裂残留7例,找到困难4例。共3例内固定装置未取出,其余均顺利取出。结论:内固定装置取出术前一定要足够重视,充分准备,术中根据出现的不同情况采用相应策略,尽量减少医疗事故的发生。

Objective： To explore the causes of limb fracture internal fixation device removal of obstacles, and put forward the prevention strategy. Methods： To retrospectively analyze 224 cases of limb fracture internal fixation device removal in 38 cases out of the difficulties, and then summarize. Results： The total screw slide wire in 21 cases, 6 cases of removal tools do not match, breakage of internal fixation 7 cases with residual,find difficulty in 4 cases, 3 cases was not removed, the rest were removed successfully. Conclusion： The internal fixation device removal must be given suffi- cient attention, preoperative preparation and intraoperative countermeasures according to different situation are Significant to reduce the occurrence of medical accidents.
