品管圈在妇科手术留置尿管健康教育中的应用

The application of Quality control circles in health education of gynecological surgery urinary pipe

目的:探讨品管圈在妇科手术留置尿管健康教育中的应用效果。方法:成立品管圈小组,运用PDCA循环对妇科术后留置尿管健康教育知晓率低者进行原因分析,制订并落实了四项改进措施。结果:实施品管圈后妇科术后留置尿管健康教育知晓率从63.085%上升至83.935%。结论:品管圈的开展可促进临床护理质量持续改进,提高护士综合管理能力,增加护士的归属感与成就感,品管圈是提高临床护理质量管理的一种有效手段。

Objective：Studying the applicative effects of quality control circle in health education of gynecological surgery placing a urinary catheter. Methods： Setting up QC circle group, using PDCA cycle to analyze the low awareness of postoperative health education. Afterwards we formulate and implement four improvement measures. Results： The awareness increases from 63.085% to 83.935% after the implementation of quality control circle. Conclusion： Quality control circles development can promote quality improvement, improve nurses comprehensive management ability and increase nurses＇ sense of belonging and accomplishment, thus it is an effective approach to improve the quality of clinical nursing management.
