摘要
目的 研究血清IP-10、MIG、IL-8及RANTES水平变化与肝癌进展的相关关系.方法 收集2012年6月~2013年6月50例肝癌患者作为肝癌组,再选取检查正常的非肝癌患者50例作为对照组,应用流式微球阵列分析术测定两组血清IP-10、MIG、IL-8及RANTES水平,比较两组间的差异,并分析肿瘤组中IP-10、MIG、IL-8及RANTES水平与肝癌分期的相关性.结果 肝癌组与对照组间IP-10、MIG、IL-8及RANTES水平差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);IP-10水平与肝癌期别的相关性(r=0.855,P=0.000);MIG水平与肝癌期别的相关性(r=0.745,P=0.001);IL-8水平与肝癌期别的相关性(r=0.912,P=0.000);RANTES水平与肝癌期别的相关性(r=0.666,P=0.005).IP-10、MIG、IL-8及RANTES水平与肝癌期别变化之间成正相关关系;IP-10、MIG、IL-8及RANTES水平与肝癌评分回归分析,IP-10、MIG、IL-8及RANTES在肝癌的发展中都有贡献(P<0.05),贡献由大到小依次为IP-10、RANTES、IL-8和MIG.结论 随着肝癌的发展,血清IP-10、MIG、IL-8及RANTES水平逐渐升高,与肝癌的发展成正相关关系,用这些因子可以预测肝癌的发展并预防,同时还可以作为治疗效果的评价标准.
Objective To research the relationship of IP-10, MIG, serum IL-8, RANTES level change and the progress of liver cancer. Methods 50 patients with liver cancer were selected as liver cancer and 50 patients without liver cancer were selected as the control group. The serum IP-10, MIG, IL-8, RANTES levels were measured. Results IP-10, MIG, IL-8, RANTES level of liver cancer group and the control group were significantly deferent (P〈0.05). IP- 10, MIG, IL-8 and RANTES were positively related with phase change of liver cancer. IP-10, MIG, IL-8 and RANTES contributed in development of cancer of the liver (P〈0.05). Conclusion With the development of liver cancer, serum IP- 10, MIG, IL-8, RANTES level gradually rise, which are positive correlation relationship with the development of liver cancer. These factors can predict the development of cancer of the liver and prevention, and it can be used as a therapeutic effect evaluation standard.
