社区护理干预对老年脑卒中患者生活及睡眠质量的影响

Clinical efficacy of community nursing intervention on quality of life and dyssomnia of elderly patients with stroke

目的 探讨社区护理干预对老年脑卒中患者生活及睡眠质量的影响.方法 选择2012年1月～2013年12月社区收治的老年脑卒中患者178例,随机分为观察组和对照组各89例.对照组给予常规干预,观察组在常规干预基础上给予社区护理干预,并对两组患者干预后的生活质量、睡眠障碍改善情况及护理满意度进行比较.结果 ①干预后观察组的SF-36各维度评分均明显高于对照组（均P＜0.05）.②干预后观察组的PSQI各项评分及总评分均明显优于对照组（均P＜0.01）.③干预后观察组的护理满意度（95.5％）明显高于对照组（79.8％,P＜0.05）.结论 实施有效的社区护理干预,可提高老年脑卒中患者的生活质量,改善睡眠质量,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To explore clinical efficacy of community nursing intervention on quality of life and dyssom- nia of elderly patients with stroke. Methods 178 elderly patients with stroke were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 89 cases in each group. Control group was given routine care, while observation group was added community nursing intervention. Quality of life, improvement of dyssornnia and satisfaction of patients in two groups were compared. Results All dimension index scores of SF-36 scale in observation group after nursing intervention was significantly higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Each score and total score of PSQI in observation group after nursing intervention was significantly better than that in control group （P〈0. 05）. Satisfaction of patients in observation group （95.5%） after nursing intervention was significantly higher than that in control group （79.8%） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Community nursing intervention for elderly patients with stroke can enhance their quality of life, improve sleep quality, and enhance nursing satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical application.
