综合护理干预对晚期肺癌患者不良情绪及生活质量的影响

The influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on negative emotions and quality of life of patients with advanced lung cancer

目的 探讨综合护理干预对晚期肺癌患者不良情绪及生活质量的影响,以指导临床处治对策.方法 随机选取2011年6月～2014年9月晚期肺癌住院患者80例为研究对象,按照护理方式不同分为对照组和干预组各40例,对照组采用常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上给予综合护理.采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）评价患者的不良情绪,QOL-C30评分量表评价患者的生活质量.结果 干预组患者焦虑评分[（46.53±7.81）分]和抑郁评分[（51.28±9.47）分]明显低于对照组[（62.75±10.57）分和（64.03±9.51）分],组间差异有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）.干预组的QOL-C30评分亦高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 综合护理干预可改善晚期肺癌患者的不良情绪,提高患者的生活质量,具有较高的临床应用价值和推广意义.

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the patients with negative e- motions and quality of life of patients with advanced lung cancer, in order to guide the clinical practice. Methods 80 ad- vanced lung cancer patients were divided into intervention group and the control group. 40 cases were in each group. The control group received routine nursing care. The intervention group was given comprehensive nursing intervention based on routine nursing. The negative emotions of patients were assessed with self rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and self rating Depression Scale （SDS）. The quality of life of the patients was evaluated with QOL-C30 score. Results The anxiety score （46.53±7.81）and depression score （51.28±9.47） of intervention group were significantly lower than that of the control group （62. 75 ± 10. 57, 64.03± 9.51）. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. QOL-C30 of intervention group were higher than those in the control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the negative emotions of patients with advanced lung cancer and the quality of life of patients.
