摘要
本文构建了工程完成后从工程前期工作、工程项目实施、工程投资执行、工程建设管理、工程建设档案管理五个方面的综合评价指标体系。采用层析分析法(AHP)与模糊理论结合的方法确定评价指标权重,建立了模糊层次分析法评价模型,并以观音阁水库大坝安全监测监控系统改造工程为例进行分析,为大坝安全监测监控工程综合评价提供思路和方向。
This paper builds the comprehensive evaluation indicator system from five aspects of project early stage work, project implementation, project investment implementation, project construction management and project construction file management after project completion. AHP and fuzzy theory are combined for determining evaluation index weight. Fuzzy AHP evaluation model is established. The reconstruction project of Guanyinge Reservoir dam safety monitoring system is adopted as an example for analysis, thereby providing ideas and direction for comprehensive evaluation on dam safety monitoring project.
