摘要
本文针对小型水电站微机管理趋势,根据万吨水压机和汽车液压刹车原理,探讨了利用水电站的压力水头作为介质来对水轮发电机组进行刹车制动,突破了小型水电站传统的"油、水、气"系统的框架,在去掉专设的气系统上做了大胆的偿试和创新。改进后的系统省去了空压机室、空压机、贮气罐、电磁配压阀、气水分离器和系统管道、监视仪器及其附属设备,压缩了厂房占地面积,并可降低电站生产运行成本,减少设备隐患,降低事故发生率。
Aiming at trend of micro-computer management in small hydropower station, pressure head of hydropower station is utilized as a medium for hydroelectric generating set braking according to the principle of ten-thousand-ton hydraulic press and automobile hydraulic brake. Traditional systematic framework of ' oil, water and gas' in small hydropower station are broken through. Removal of special gas system is boldly attempted and innovated. Improved system is not provided with air compressor room, air compressor, air tank, electromagnetic valve, gas water separator, pipeline system, surveillance equipment and its ancillary equipment, thereby compressing the workshop area, reducing production operation cost of power plant, decreasing equipment hidden danger, and lowering accident rate.
